Our Curriculum
Our curriculum is designed to engage and enrich the whole child. We believe children learn best in a discovery oriented, hands-on environment that allows them to explore the world around them. Our program practices a play-based approach where children are learning through fun and engaging activities geared towards teaching social-emotional, early language and literacy, cognition and physical development. Our educated and trained teachers create a curriculum designed for your child's age and stage but also based on their needs and interest.
Creative Curriculum
Our center practices Creative Curriculum, a discovery-orienteted and child led approach that involves children exploring in areas they choose and being engaged in hands-on activities. Throughout the year our teachers pay close attention to the natural interests of children then build an environment around those interests. By creating a play-based and child-initiated space children become more interested and engaged in the learning process. Our curriculum is designed to fit your child's development and grow with them as they gain new skills.

Outdoor Classroom
A cornerstone of our teaching philosophy at Saint Agnes Child Development Center is to have children engaged in nature and be in the outdoors. Anything we can do inside, we can also do outside. We believe that children need to connect with nature to be whole. By including space largely comprised of natural elements, the outdoors allows children to connect to the natural world and learn from what nature has to teach us. We provide safe and engaging outdoor play spaces for children of all ages and stages at our center. Giving them chances to climb, garden, and explore natural elements in a safe and inviting way, children become more invested in the world around them.
